NITROUS OXIDE ADMINISTRATION
Dental Assisting Program
Our Dental Assisting Program has been developed for 12 consecutive weeks. Our program is jammed packed with information, didactic and lab portions, as well as on site observation day. Our program is conveniently offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 9:00am – 5:00pm. Our student to instructor ration is 5:1 in each class. Students are required to wear clinical attire (scrubs). We will provide, gloves, masks, safety goggles, all disposable items and supplies along with instruments and equipment for training.
Expanded Function Dental Assisting
Our Expanded Function Auxiliary Program (EFDA) has been developed for 6 consecutive weeks. Our program is jam packed with information, didactic and lab portions Our program is conveniently offered on Friday from 9:30am – 4:30pm and or on Sundays from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Students are required to wear clinical attire (scrubs). We will provide gloves, masks, safety goggles and all disposable items and supplies along with instruments and equipment for training.
Coronal Polishing & Fluoride Application
Our Coronal Polishing & Fluoride Application course has been developed for 2 consecutive weeks. Our program is jammed packed with
information, didactic and lab portions. The Coronal Polishing Program & Fluoride Application consists of one lab day and online didactic portion. Each is limited to 7 students maximum. Students are required to wear clinical
attire (scrubs), these are your responsibility, during the lab portion of the course. We will provide gloves, safety glasses, masks and all disposable items and supplies along with instruments and equipment for training.
Nitrous Oxide Administration
Our Nitrous Oxide Administration course Offered in partnership with DOCS Education through an affiliation with AEGD Program in the Department of Dental Science, a CODA-accredited program at Idaho State University College of Health. In accordance with the new 2020 Indiana State code provision 25-13-1-10.7, dental assistants or hygienists must have at least one year of office experience to be eligible for the Nitrous Oxide Administration course.
Our programs are FULLY accredited by the INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT.
